We’re located in the quiet village of Willand in the heart Devon, making us the perfect residential home when taking day trips to Devon’s beaches, local attractions and shopping into consideration. There is also excellent access to public transport links and bus routes. We’re also just 15 minutes away from Tiverton and District Hospital and less than 30 minutes from Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. There are also a wide range of GP surgeries nearby should residents require a medical appointment.

Most rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and all rooms feature a wash hand basin and a TV point. Residents also have access to the internet, on-site hairdressing, an emergency call system. Somerville House also has an outside space and garden for residents to enjoy fresh air and activities in the Summer.

To maintain the health and wellbeing of all residents, there are scheduled GP rounds where residents can have an appointment with a GP. We also cater for special diets where required. You can find out more about our weekly menus on our menus page.
